Age Group 1 Practice for today

All Age Group 1's will swim 4:45 - 5:30 today.

Age Group 4 Navy and Senior 1

The coaching staff will be a little short tonight due to a couple of Gulf meetings in the area. As a result Group 4 Navy and Senior 1 will swim 5:45 - 7:30 with Senior 2 and Group 4 White.
