Parents and Swimmers - The coaching staff will be attending multiple meets this weekend starting Friday night, as a result we will be using the following practice schedule.


Group 1 - Normal (4:45-5:30 and 5:30 - 6:15 pm)
Group 2 - No Practice
Group 3 - No Practice 
Group 4 Navy - No Practice
Group 4 White -  Practice 5:30 - 6:30 pm. 
Senior 1 - No Practice
Senior 2 - Practice with Masters 5:30 - 6:30 pm.
Masters - Normal

Saturday Practice
Masters - Normal
Group 4 White - 8:00 - 9:30 am 
Senior 2 - 8:00 - 9:30 am
