Summer Session Sign Ups

Just a reminder that we need all swimmers intending on swimming during the summer session to get signed on the website. The sooner we have everyone committed the faster we can take care of any movement within the groups.

I wanted to give a big pat on the back to all the Group 4 swimmers who were at practice last night. Everyone stepped up for a big challenging set of 21x100's with variable intervals. Coach Carly said everyone did great even with the last set of 100's being on a faster interval than most have ever had. Great way to get the training going for Longcourse! Lets keep it up.

Yoga Poses for Swimmers

Found a good link with photos and video for Yoga poses that may help swimmers. Most of these poses are geared towards stretching the shoulders and hips while also strengthening the core. Take a peek and see which ones help you.
