Practice Change for this Friday

With many high school district meets this weekend and next the coaching staff will be trying to make it out a few of the meets to watch our swimmers compete. Due to this we will adapt the following schedule this Friday.

Age Group 1 - 4:45 - 5:30

Age Group 2 and 3 - 5:30 - 6:30

Age Group 4 - 6:30 -7:30

Senior 1 and 2 - Normal Times.

Masters - No Change

• Reminder that all groups will swim in the rain unless it is lightening and thundering in the area.

• Groups 1 and 2 last night were able to take some time and watch some World Championship and Olympic races with Coach Jada and Carly pointing out some key aspects of each race. Great job to both groups for listening and learning while watching the videos.
• RICE does have a few graduating Seniors this year, be on the look out for an update on which colleges they have committed to for next year.
