Friday Practice - With some of our swimmers at District meet tomorrow Coach Jason will be off the pool deck and at meets. We will have the following changes for practice tomorrow. Group 4 Navy, Group 4 White, Senior 1 and Senior 2 will swim 6:00 - 7:30 pm tomorrow Saturday Practice - Groups 3 and Up will have Saturday practice 8:00 - 9:30 am.
