Senior Meet at HCAP

Due to the length of both timelines on Saturday all swimmers must scratch down to 4 events on Saturday's sessions. This is 4 events for the entire day. If you are swimming more than 4 events please contact coach Jason about which events you should swim and which to scratch.

Group 3 Practice Change

Group 3 Swimmers/ Parents - I am currently ill and unable to attend practice tonight. To help with my absence we are combining Groups 3 and 4 today. Group 3 will swim with Group 4 during Group 4's practice time. 6:00-7:30 pm. Please notify anyone you may see prior to practice. I will have an update for Fridays schedule early Friday morning. If you receive this or read it after you have dropped your swimmer off for practice they will swim with Group 2 from 4:45 -5:30.
