Parents and Swimmers - Over the next two weeks the coaching staff will be completing end of season reports for age group and senior swimmers. Included in this report will be grades for attendance, stroke technique, season improvements, areas of strength and areas needing improvement. Lastly will be a recommendation for group placement for the beginning of LC season. When making these recommendations we look at all of the points of the season evaluation as well as swimmers background (years on team/ groups), attendance, aerobic capacity (older age groupers) and plans for the summer sessions.
